 If you grew up with the wonderful movies of MGM Studios, you will enjoy the Sony Pictures backlot tour. Sony Pictures in Culver City (Los Angeles) now occupies what was once Metro Goldwyn Mayer. So if you want to enjoy some great Hollywood history, take the studio tour.

 

While visiting the San Fernando Valley, you may want to visit Van Nuys airport which is one of the busiest small airports in the world. Also Van Nuys airport was featured in the classic movie Casablanca. Located within the San Fernando Valley in Sylmar, CA. is the wonderful Nethercutt Collection at the San Sylmar Museum. Here you'll enjoy a vast collection classic cars, musical instruments including a Wurlitzer Theatre organ, and Steam locomotive train. A collection unlike any other and it's open to the public free of charge. There is also a calendar of events for recitals, special tours, movies, and much more.
